Welcome to Mrs G’s Teaching Tools.

 

Teaching is something I am truly passionate about and helping teachers and parents to provide the best education possible is my ultimate goal.  As an experienced Primary School Teacher with over 19 years’ experience in the classroom, I have the skills and expertise to help teachers and parents like you make a difference.

Currently, I am an Assistant Head Teacher at a large Junior School in Blackburn, Lancashire.  I have a passion for English with a particular interest in Reading and developing children's oracy and literacy skills.  I studied at one of the most respected teaching colleges in the country, St. Martin’s (formerly Charlotte Mason College), gaining a BA (Hons) in Primary Education in 2003.

I truly believe that every child should reach their full potential and enjoy their education.  Mindset and emotional well-being plays a huge part in this, and I hope to provide a bank of essential resources for teachers and parents to use, in order to enhance and support their primary education.
